Every one who, in case of a loss, would like to take advantage from the assistance of the Insurance Law Office, is entitled to join Erigo’s Aid to Injured Parties Program. Participation in the Program is open to one, who „preventively” (before a potential loss occurrence) would like to secure the Office’s help in his confrontation with an insurance company, as well as to any injured party. Persons participating – or wishing to join the Program, receive an Erigo’s Aid to Injured Parties Program Card. The Card may be obtained by declaring the wish to participate in the Program in the Office’s premises or via our distribution Network (Consultants operating throughout the country, car services participating In the Program). Erigo’s Aid to Injured Parties Program Card entitles to a free first consultation (by telephone, e-mail or directly in the Office premises) with an Office lawyer on a matter of loss adjustment or claim service. The Card is free of charge, after the Client’s consent to the processing of his personal data. |
