Corporate Clients, Institutions
We offer to corporate Clients and institutions a cooperation in the field of broadly understood risk management (insurance risk included), with the aim to improve the security of their activity and to optimize the risk and its protection costs (also through insurance). By implementing new management tools, our Clients can lower the costs of risk connected with their activity, in the areas of transactions,  financial operations, property protection, as well as – what is equally important – preventive health care for their employees. The use of proper risk management tools increases the credibility of entrepreneurs vis-ŕ-vis investors. Business partners more and more often request guarantees against the insolvency of the contractors. Every line of business, every project is burdened with specific risks, which identification will help to transfer them to insurance companies or other entities (contractors, for example).
Basing on our experience and knowledge, we conduct an activity which is unique to the Polish market, helping our Clients to properly manage their business in the field of risk securitization.  

Individual Clients
Individual Clients who take advantage of Erigo’s expertise contact us mainly for help in claims vindication. The evaluation of the possibility of accepting an Individual Client’s case is only possible on the basis of analyzing the factual state from documents and interview of the Client Turing the meeting. If the Insurance Law Office lawyer acknowledges the claim and decides to accept the case, the Client concludes a contract of mandate and authorizes us to act. Erigo’s fee is collected only after the payment of the indemnity/compensation by the insurance company Or the responsible party.
