Accident victims (as well as families of persons who lost their life in an accident) often do not know about their legal rights, and what follows – possibilities of obtaining compensations from the responsible party and/or insurance companies, or they are not able to cope with the complexity of the loss adjustment procedures. The Consultant’s task is to represent the Insurance Law Office in negotiations with Clients and to sign claim vindication contracts in its name. The Office offers trainings, logistic support and a contractual salary under: • a contract of mandate – for persons not conducting business activity; • a leasing contract – for persons wishing to cooperate with the Office within the frame of their business activity. |
